In this moment I am watching the third episode of Dr. Haus today. I should learn for my tomorrow exam from HR management. But somehow I have a feeling that staring to the PC monitor is more worth for me, maybe just because that doctor is not acting normally, like everyone else in this type of series. Kind, sensitive, having romances, crying when somebody died (but it haven´t not happen during those episodes so far).
What really fascinates me is the analytical thinking of all the characters. This is one of qualities which are important for leading and managing people. Another thing is communication, how to be assertive, honest or get the authority. Moreover, maybe it will be surprising for you, learn what does it mean anamneses, which was a question on the first test from HR. Funny, not?
Let´s come back to the first test. I learned it for a week. Besides statistic, math that have to be learned after each lesson, this was one of the subjects I was paying most attention. One reason was also the belief I will sometime need it in my practical life, my job. I was not so persuaded about it as I have been managing people or working with them in a team since 2005. I became sure when I saw the questions on the exam. Because I was going through the whole book we were supposed to study from, I realize some questions were not mentioned in the first half of semester. Ok, see if I am smart enough to make this thing without memorizing all the definitions before. I was lucky, I have a glue about all the issues, but not from studying the book. But from real life or TV Just guess:)
